Products

All products sold by Dolev Design are educational floor games designed for school and supervised home use.

Many products are custom printed and produced per order.
As such, all sales are final.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify-approved payment providers.

  • A formal invoice is issued for every order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the United States and Israel.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.

  • Dolev Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to the United States may qualify for duty-free import under applicable regulations.
However, customs policies are subject to change, and Dolev Design cannot guarantee exemption from duties or taxes.

Any customs charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

  • Products are intended for use under adult supervision only.

  • Suitable for school environments and supervised home use.

  • Not intended for unsupervised play.

  • Normal wear is expected over time.

  • Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or improper storage is not covered.

Warranty

Our products are designed to be durable and suitable for long-term use.
There is no formal warranty, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects reported shortly after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Dolev Design shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders to the United States and Israel using third-party shipping providers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided separately.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the custom-printed nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after production has begun.

  • Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.
